Chive Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, cream together the butter, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover the herb butter and store in refrigerator for 3 hours before use.
