Dearest Carmen,

Thank you so much for the salsa.  I look forward to it each year!  When I tell you that it is the best that I have ever eaten, I must make sure that you know that I am not comparing it to store-bought salsa.  My ex-husband was a gourmet chef and, through him, I have eaten at the homes and restaurants of amazing chefs, like Charlie Palmer and Rick Bayless!  Your salsa tops them all!
