8 ears sweet corn, husked and cleaned
12 cherry tomatoes halved

SWEET CORN ROASTED IN HUSK WITH CILANTRO BUTTER

6 ears corn, including husks
4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, washed, dried and finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, pressed
